I had such a wonderful experience spending the entire day with the wonderful early childhood
educators at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County presenting UnProfessional
development…the opposite of boring PD. The feedback was amazing as were the doodles on my

We joked about the things we say to kids that confuse them more than help them!
We learned different types of breathing for ourselves and to teach the kids like cold breathing!

We stretch and strengthen our bodies to relieve sciatic, neck, ankle and lower back pain!
We did sing-a-longs and laughed at videos to create heart coherence. Watch 1 participant put
on a Chewbacca mask to laughter!
